We will be opening our locations for in-person learning:
- Starborough location will be open starting 16th February 2021.
- Vaughan and Brampton locations will be open starting 22nd February 2021.

January 12th, 2021 – UPDATE
Due to the declaration of Ontario’s Second Provincial Emergency to address COVID – 19, all our in-person classes will be closed till Feb 15th, 2021.

January 1st, 2021 – UPDATE

Ultimate Coders’ has been actively monitoring measures proposed in Ontario during the province-wide shutdown.
- Based on the guidelines from Ontario – Ultimate Coders will suspend all in-person classes from Jan 4th to Jan 10th inclusive.
- Please contact your location to arrange for remote learning sessions during this one week of lockdown. Alternatively, you can also take in-person makeup classes starting Jan 11th to cover any missed classes during the lockdown.
- All the online classes will continue as normal.
We will continue to implement preventative measures as recommended by public health agencies as well as our own health and hygiene protocols.

September 4th, 2020 – UPDATE
Starting Sept 8th, all our locations will start offering in-person classes with limited business hours and in very small groups (4 students per class) along with the continuation of online classes. The Health and safety of all our students and teachers is our top priority. We are carefully reviewing the guidelines issued by the public health department and building our strategy to implement many safeguards to protect everyone once we reopen.
GUIDELINES FOR REOPENING
All our locations are fully prepared and are taking extra precautions as we open our doors. We are taking the following measures to ensure safety and hygiene/cleanliness:
Cleanliness
- Disinfection of devices, tables, door handles, bathrooms, and other frequently-used surfaces
- Thorough sanitization of student workspace and equipment, including computers, monitors, and mice, between every student session
- No food or drink permitted inside our centers
- Increased frequency of professional cleaning
- Increased frequency of in-house cleaning by employees
Social Distancing
- Increased distance between individual student workstations in the centers
- Careful monitoring and enforcement of no-contact interactions
- Reduced student capacity in the centers as needed, in accordance with local regulations
Personal Health & Hygiene
- Mandatory use of face masks
- Increased enforcement of proper handwashing and hygiene etiquette
- An increased volume of sanitization stations
